To meet the minimum safety standards in any country/region, some rules and standards should be followed by each product manufacturer.

We assist our clients through the certification process for their intended markets (country/region). A certification body describes in detail these minimum requirements, classifying the product based on intended use, market segment, etc.

Each country/region has their own certification body, for example:

• Australia and New Zealand – JAS-ANZ
• Canada – CSA
• EU – CE
• India – ISI
• Japan – JIS
• USA – UL

We help clients identify suppliers meeting the standards for their products (chosen country/region).

This task involves:

• Identify ISO/TS suppliers with required manufacturing capabilities (experience)
• Audit suppliers & provide recommendations

We help clients identify raw materials for a product and help them asses required UL/CE/CSA or equivalent materials & components.

For example, use of a cross reference of standards in multiple countries like ANSI/ASME (USA) and its equivalent in IS (India). This is generally done for low volume of components. As the volume grows, suppliers would be keen to manufacture to the client’s home (final market) country standards.
