With an MBA focused on Consulting & Strategy, I started VSEC — a boutique consulting firm, to help firms plan their future (Corporate Strategy). VSEC also helps International firms access Indian markets and/or create an alternate supply chain base in India.

In the past, as an engineer, I held internal consulting roles for manufacturing firms (Semiconductors, Electronics, Renewables). An MBA helped me refine these skills. Some of my career highlights are:

12+ years of experience in manufacturing in the U.S. and in India — multiple firm types–high precision (low volume) to high volume (medium precision).

• Design of industrial products (developed new products meeting UL & CE standards)
• Evaluation of suppliers (consistent quality, traceability, on-time delivery)
• Re-engineering of components (re-designed parts, localized production in India)
